- You accept our No Refund Policy without exception

SCUDO RECOVERY & TRANSPORT provides professional vehicle recovery, transport, and related services, including but not limited to:

- Fleet relocation and dealership transfers
- Abandoned vehicle removal

2.2 Recovery Operations
- Collateral and asset recovery
- Impound lot coordination
- Skip tracing assistance
- Secure documentation and client reporting
- Professional repossession services
2.3 Consultation and Assessment
- Recovery logistics planning and evaluation
- Compliance review and risk assessment
- Cost estimation and timeline planning
- Custom recovery solutions
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Consultation Fee
Our standard recovery consultation fee is $200 for a local pickup and drop-off assessment. This fee is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3.2 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe
- All prices are in United States Dollars (USD)
- You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution
3.3 Booking Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- Email confirmation of your booking
- Receipt from Stripe for your payment
- Appointment details including date, time, and location
- Contact information for our dispatch team
4. No Refund Policy
Once payment has been made for any service or consultation, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Client cancellation after payment has been processed
- Client cancellation after dispatch has been initiated
- Missed or unattended appointments
- Client unavailability at scheduled time
- Choosing not to proceed with a confirmed recovery
- Failure to provide correct vehicle information
- Failure to provide accurate location details
- Change of mind or decision
- Financial hardship or inability to pay
- Dissatisfaction with service (subject to our Service Guarantee)
- Weather conditions or acts of God
- Vehicle condition or accessibility issues
- Third-party interference or legal complications
4.1 Rationale for No Refund Policy
Our No Refund Policy exists because:
- Internal work begins immediately upon booking, including resource allocation, dispatch coordination, and logistics planning
- We reserve equipment, personnel, and time slots specifically for your appointment
- We may decline other business opportunities to accommodate your booking
- Administrative costs are incurred in processing and scheduling your service
- Our team prepares documentation and compliance materials in advance
5. Rescheduling Policy
5.1 One Complimentary Reschedule
Clients are allowed one (1) complimentary reschedule per booking, subject to the following conditions:
- At least 24 hours’ notice must be provided before the scheduled appointment
- Reschedule requests must be submitted via email to info@scudorecovery.com
- The email must include: full name, contact number, original appointment details, and preferred new date/time
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- The new appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of the original booking
5.2 Late Reschedule or No-Show
If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your scheduled appointment:
- The original booking fee is forfeited
- No refund will be issued
- A new appointment must be scheduled at the regular rate
- Full payment is required for the new booking
6. Client Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle, including year, make, model, VIN, and condition
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
- Ensure you have legal authority to request recovery or transport of the vehicle
- Be available at the scheduled time or designate an authorized representative
- Provide access to the vehicle and any necessary keys or documentation
- Disclose any vehicle damage, mechanical issues, or special handling requirements
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not interfere with our recovery operations
- Maintain communication with our dispatch team
7. Service Execution and Limitations
7.1 Service Availability
While we strive to provide 24/7 emergency recovery services, we reserve the right to:
- Decline service requests that pose safety risks to our team
- Postpone services due to severe weather or hazardous conditions
- Refuse service if legal documentation is insufficient
- Terminate service if client behavior is threatening or abusive
7.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify service details if:
- Vehicle condition differs from information provided
- Location access is restricted or unsafe
- Additional equipment or personnel are required
- Legal or regulatory compliance issues arise
Additional charges may apply for modified services, and clients will be notified before proceeding.
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Our Liability Coverage
SCUDO RECOVERY & TRANSPORT maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. However, our liability is limited to:
- Direct damages caused by our negligence during recovery or transport
- Coverage limits as specified in our insurance policy
- Damages that are documented and reported within 24 hours of service completion
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing vehicle damage or mechanical issues
- Damage caused by vehicle condition or design
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of use, loss of profits, or business interruption
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for services
- Acts of God, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control
- Third-party actions or interference
8.3 Client Insurance
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own vehicle insurance. We recommend notifying your insurance provider before requesting recovery services.
9. Compliance and Legal Requirements
9.1 Regulatory Compliance
SCUDO RECOVERY & TRANSPORT operates in full compliance with:
- Georgia state laws and regulations
- Federal motor carrier safety regulations
- Repossession and recovery industry standards
- Data protection and privacy laws
- Payment processing regulations (Stripe compliance)
9.2 Client Legal Obligations
Clients must ensure that:
- They have legal authority to request vehicle recovery
- All necessary documentation is provided
- No fraudulent information is submitted
- Recovery requests comply with applicable laws
- They do not interfere with lawful recovery operations
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute process, clients agree to contact us directly to attempt informal resolution:

10.2 Stripe Dispute Process
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider:
- We will provide complete documentation to Stripe
- Evidence will include booking confirmation, service records, and communications
- Our No Refund Policy will be presented as agreed terms
- Frivolous disputes may result in service termination and legal action
10.3 Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in College Park, Georgia. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SCUDO RECOVERY & TRANSPORT and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
